We encourage you to read your Bible daily. A reading plan often will help get you started, and track your progress. We’ve posted three different reading plans here that you can use to get started:
1) A Chronological reading plan (provided by www.esv.org) — this will take you through the Bible roughly in the sequence of events portrayed. This is similar to the hard-copy chronological Bibles that many of us use.
2) A “topical” 52-week reading plan. This organizes the Bible by Epistles, Law, Old Testament History, Psalms, Poetry, Prophecy (including Revelation), and Gospels (including Acts), with one day devoted to each topic each week.
3) A two-year reading plan. This provides a more leisurely pace, and it includes ‘catch-up’ days. It also has the option to read through the Psalms and Proverbs several times during those two years.
